Emmanuel Has Come

In Bethlehem, beneath the star,

The Word made flesh, we see afar.

No throne, no crown, no royal bed—

But straw and manger cradle His head.

Emmanuel has come to dwell,

God with us, our hearts to swell.

Heaven’s light in humble form,

Love incarnate, pure and warm.

The angels sing, the shepherds run,

To greet the gift, the Holy One.

Peace on earth, goodwill to men,

The Savior born in lowly pen.

O come and kneel, O come adore,

The Child who opens mercy’s door.

From virgin womb to cross and grave,

He comes to seek, to heal, to save.

Emmanuel, our joy, our song,

To You all praises now belong.

Born to die, yet rise again—

Forever Lord, forever Friend.

From manger's glow to the world's embrace,

Each heart redeemed, each life finds grace.

With every tear, He wipes away,

In every laugh, He joins the play.

Emmanuel has come to dwell,

God with us, our hearts to swell.

Heaven’s light in humble form,

Love incarnate, pure and warm.

O come and kneel, O come adore,

The Child who opens mercy’s door.

With every voice, let praises ring,

In every note, our love we bring.

In the garden where the flowers bloom,

Echoes of joy dispel all gloom.

For in His love, we're not alone,

In every heart, His light is sown.

Emmanuel, our joy, our song,

To You all praises now belong.

Born to die, yet rise again—

Forever Lord, forever Friend.

So lift your voice, let the world know,

Emmanuel comes, with love aglow.

In every season, every year,

His promise stands, our Savior dear.
