Love's Serenade

Many years ago, in the summertime, when we fell in love, I knew that it would last.

And when our hearts were young, we knew what we had done.

Together we would live as one, under the golden sun.

As the seasons changed, and the winter came,

All I needed was your warm and tender touch.

And with the melting snow, our love begins to show,

The flower you and I will grow, in the gentle glow.

Love's serenade, a song that I made,

Sung for the pleasure of you, it's true.

Though time will pass, the melody lasts,

Made from my feelings for you, oh, made from my feelings for you.

Every moonlit night, as I breathe the air,

Thoughts of you appear, which dance upon the breeze.

A midnight rendezvous, between just me and you,

To sing and laugh the whole night through, our dreams will come true.

Love's serenade, a song that I made,

Sung for the pleasure of you, it's true.

Though time will pass, the melody lasts,

Made from my feelings for you, made from my feelings for you.

Made from my feelings for you.
